Jackie Servi joined the company in 2010, and today serves as Contrail’s Senior Manager – Accounting Operations & Administration. She brings in over 20 years of administrative experience related to accounting, office management, human resources, and executive support projects. Jackie is also involved in various procedure development tasks and process improvement endeavors. Jackie graduated in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment.
